How long do deposits take?
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 10–30 minutes after receiving the required number of network confirmations. Bitcoin requires 3 confirmations, Ethereum requires 12 confirmations, and other cryptocurrencies may vary.
How do I withdraw my funds?
To withdraw funds, go to the Withdraw page, enter the amount, select your cryptocurrency, and provide your wallet address. Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours. Make sure your wallet address is correct as transactions cannot be reversed.
What are the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts?
The minimum deposit amount is $10 USD equivalent in any supported cryptocurrency. The minimum withdrawal amount is also $10 USD. There is no maximum limit for deposits or withdrawals.
